Our company has been supplying various functional products as a sealing manufacturer, such as seal faces, mechanical seals. We strive in Researching and Developing, Production, Sales as well as After-sale service for twenty years, and we got advanced technology and much experience. In the year of 2001, we moved to Shanghai BaoShan Urban Industry Garden, and our applied project of “Mechanical Seals Production Scale Expanding” was approved by BaoShan Economy Committee in 2004, in this project, we invested twenty million RMB, and twenty two million RMB was used for fixed assets, like we bought 150 sets of machinery facility, over 0.3 hector of land used for workshops, offices with labs. Over 202 staff have been employed including 38 personnel including managers, technicians, administrators, financial managers titled as technical or professional post, and 65 office workers hold college or bachelor degree, as well as 78 senior technician take up 40% of the whole workers.
The excellent seal faces we mainly produce are silicon carbide, sintered silicon carbide, carbon graphite, tungsten carbide and ceramic, with the biggest outer diameter we can make up to 550mm. And the mechanical seals we manufacture with the axial diameter from 6mm to 300mm can be categorized into more than 30 series and 400 different specifications and these excellent products are being used in various industrial fields, ranging from water supply & drainage, marine and automotives, pumps & valves, new energy, nuclear industry, spacecraft to National Defense and Military technology. The sealing faces has good chemical Stability, high hardness, wear resistivity, it can be applied in different industry conditions of high or low temperature, high rotating speed, strong corrosive and dry friction, and mechanical seals are of safety, reliability, good sealing and long life-span.
Our products are very popular both home and abroad and they are exported to more than 50 countries, it far from North America, South America, Europe to East-South Asia.
We got “ISO9001:2008” Quality Management Certification. Our company became the first member that got Production License of mechanical seals in the year of 2005. And we gained more than ten patents of utility and new model. Our company was approved as the High-Tech company by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, we are also the member of China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Association, Shanghai Ceramics Association, Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shanghai Baoshan Quality Association. The latest developed Silicon Carbide rings are accredited as Shanghai High Technology Transform Event Achievement with advanced technology after identified by China Academy of Sciences, and we participated in National & Shanghai “Torch Program”, and key scientific and technological projects for several times. The silicon carbide sealing rings that we developed has reached advanced technology level after audited by China Science Institute, and it is also National and Shanghai New and key products.
